AnyFileBackup is licenced annually. Extensions are perpetual — purchased once, work with any licensed copy of AnyFileBackup. All products are licensed on a "per computer" basis.

A The price for each product is indicated in Euro, a currency of the European Union, for the number of copies indicated in the 'number of copies' field and, where such field is not present, for one (1) copy of the respective product. This amount does not include VAT and any other applicable taxes, bank charges and similar amounts payable ('Extra expenses'). Such Extra expenses, where due, shall be payable in addition to the indicated price. AAR Innovations does not have any duty to bear such Extra expenses and expressly excludes any liability for, arising from or in connection with payment of Extra expenses. All prices are effective on the date of purchase and subject to change without notice.
B Extensions require an active AnyFileBackup licence.
An invoice is automatically generated after placing an order. You will receive an e-mail with a link to your personal invoice in PDF format.
After you have selected a product and pressed the 'Order now' button, you will be redirected to the order processing company's secure website where you need to complete an order form.
Please make sure that you have specified all relevant information, including: (i) product name, (ii) number of copies being purchased, (iii) company name / personal name, (iv) your personal / corporate address, (v) payment method.

The payment services provider is PayPro Global (Canada), which processes your orders through any of the following payment options:
- Debit / Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, etc.)
- Purchase order (payment by wire transfer, credit card or cheque)
All payment-related pages are located on secure SSL servers, ensuring that your confidential information remains secure.
CurrenciesAll prices are in Euro. Billing can also be done in US dollar, Canadian dollar, Yen, Swiss Franc, Pound Sterling, Australian dollar and others. The billing currency can be selected on the online order form.
Registration Key DeliveryOnce you complete the order process, within forty-eight (48) hours you will receive an email with a serial number which allows you to register the software.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. AnyFileBackup is free to try for 30 consecutive calendar days — no registration or credit card required. The trial includes full functionality across all task types and destination protocols. For personal non-commercial use, AnyFileBackup remains free even after the 30-day trial expires. Download the trial to get started.
What is included in the annual licence?
The AnyFileBackup Ver. 5 annual licence includes: uninterrupted 24/7 Task Processor operation (no 8-hour restart limit), 50 simultaneous tasks, Automatic and Disabled task activation modes, and the Activate All / Deactivate All bulk commands. File Encryption (PGP and ZIP) and Additional Tasks capacity are sold as separate perpetual extensions. The licence covers one computer for one year from the date of purchase.
Is the licence per computer or per user?
Licences are per computer. Each computer running AnyFileBackup for business or organisational purposes requires its own licence. There is no per-user or per-seat pricing.
What happens when my annual licence expires?
When an annual licence expires, AnyFileBackup reverts to trial behaviour: Task Processor stops every 8 hours and requires a manual restart, and task activation is limited to Manual mode. Your tasks, configuration, and schedules are fully preserved. To restore full uninterrupted operation, renew by purchasing a new annual licence.
Can I extend the trial period?
Yes. AAR Innovations will grant a trial extension on request unless special circumstances exist. Contact us with your request and we will respond within two business days.
What payment methods are accepted?
Orders are processed by PayPro Global (Canada). Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and others) and purchase orders (payable by wire transfer, credit card, or cheque). See the Payment Options section above for full details.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An invoice in PDF format is generated automatically after each order and sent to the email address provided during checkout. If your organisation requires specific billing details, ensure all company information is entered correctly during the order process. Listed prices do not include VAT or other applicable local taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable.
What does the Additional Tasks extension add?
The Additional Tasks extension adds 50 simultaneous tasks to the licensed installation. It is perpetual — purchased once with no annual renewal required. Multiple extensions can be stacked on a single installation with no upper limit. Each extension requires an active AnyFileBackup Full version licence on the same computer.
